How do I access my software?
To enter your product key and activate the software on the relevant platform, please see the instructions in your Key Vault.
How long will it take my key to arrive?
Your product key can be accessed via your Key Vault upon completion of your order.
I haven't received an email or SMS. What should I do?
In the unlikely event you do not receive your key, please Contact Us for assistance.
What is your refund policy?
If you have not yet claimed a key via your key vault & would like a refund, please contact us.
Important: We are unable to process returns or refunds once you claim the key from the key vault, unless there is a problem with the key itself.
